We do not take quality control for granted. Because of this, we implement quality control measures and standards prior to the commencement of construction, during the planning and design stage of the project. We take the time to study the different design disciplines for each project to assure the coordination of all drawings. At Olympus, we have high quality standards, beginning with analyzing which materials should be selected and how they will be incorporated into the project. We study the sequential arrangements of the different elements that go into the building process, and perform clash detection analysis to avoid conflicts and interference during the building process. By analyzing the different configurations, we are able to select the best approach for your project.

At Olympus, we care about our environment. We take the responsibility to be good stewards of our planet seriously and build with renewable and recycled resources when available. We focus on reducing/recycling waste and protecting the natural contours of the project site. Using Building Information Management (BIM) modeling, we are able to determine the most efficient approach to each project, producing a higher quality product and providing a faster construction process. We use BIM to determine the best construction sequence, eliminating coordination conflicts and the need for any rework. This in turn helps minimize the waste of resources, producing a more efficient and a higher quality-controlled product. Because of this, Olympus is proud to deliver a healthy and a highly sustainable project.
